1998 Grand Caravan Oxygen Sensor Failure

Have a 98 GC Sport 3.8 and the oxygen sensor is being reported bad for
the third time. Have replaced the O2 sensor at the Cat twice now, but
am still seeing the service engine light. Anyone have experience with
this problem, or have any ideas what could cause the service light to
come back?

What brand of O2 sensor are you using?

Did you do any work or have anyone do anyone do work with non sensor safe
gasket sealer?
