Trying to locate where the fuse or link may be for a 96 Caravan yellow
wire (constant) going to the radio. Thanks in advance !!

The power wires would be red/white or pink, not yellow. What problem are
    you trying to repair ?

The Red /White goes from the original harness to the aftermarket Radio
harness (yellow). Sorry it is the red/white (constant) that has no
voltage. Looking for where the fuse would be for that one.

The red/white wire is not a constant power supply, it is hot only with the
key on. It is fed by fuse # 11 in the junction block ( under the dash ). The
constant feed for the radio is the pink wire, fed by fuse # 10 in the power
distribution center ( under the hood ) and is hot all the time. Both fuses
    are 10 amp.
