1994 Lebaron LX horn???

    Purchased a 1994 Lebaron convertible with 23k miles on it. Has a few little things to sort out. Horn doesn't work, tachometer doesn't work. The backup lights and the AC didn't work but a fresh fuse in both and it seems to have sorted itself out. First on my list is the horn. Instantly blows a fresh 20Amp fuse if your press the horn. Was hoping it was the relay. For the life of me I cant determine what exact relay is the horn relay up under the kick panel. Anyone got any ideas? Seriously hoping it isn't a short somewhere else in the harness. Any and all ideas welcome.
