II have a 4 cyl turbo that may run fine for a week or two without ever
stalling. There are times where driving along it will just quit, a
couple of times within the hour. Then the rest of the day it's fine?
Most of the time it'll start right back up or other times it may have
to sit for a few minutes.

The distributor cap and electrical wires coming out of it look fine.
I've changed the fuel filter so far. For plugs they where just changed
    within the last year.

    Looking for suggestions.
    Thanks,

  2. This symptom is very often indicative on that car of a failing
Hall-effect pickup plate in the distributor.

Not sure if I'm on to something else, if the gas gauge is reading a
quarter or less the problem may occur more often then normal I just
noticed this past weekend, I going to try and keep more fuel in it to
see if possibly it could be the fuel pump?

Your suggestions will be the next part I replace. Thanks for the
    info...
