'06 300 Limited P2767 and P0700

Hi all. Our 300 has been throwing a P2767 and a P0700. I changed the trans filter and fluid and it's still throwing this code. Sometimes the trans shifts fine, but then it seems like it locks into 3rd gear, it wont shift up or down, the trans slips at a standing start (like it's still locked into a higher gear and the Autostick is inoperative. My scanner says the likely cause is a faulty trans conductor plate. Any thoughts? By the way, during the trans filter change, I only harvested about 4 qts of fluid, so I replaced what came out, bought a dipstick and it registures @ the 70 mark. Is this where the fluid should be after a 30 min drive?
