04 Sebring Convertible various issues

my 04 sebring convertible wont communicate with scanner (Snap On Triton D8). I used on my other vehicles and the scanner works just fine. The radio is not working either. I know most people can fix these issues with fuse 5. I have changed that fuse with a new fuse and it did not change anything. Also now the abs and traction control and brake lights are lighting up on dash. all of this happened over a 2 day period. I would appreciate any advice. thank you
