ticking sound behind glove compartment '96 G. Caravan

    This ticking sound occurs everytime I turn the climate control system on and
    whenever I change the vents (floor, front vents, defroster). It lasts about
    20 seconds and then goes away.

    Any ideas?

    Damper actuator gear?
