Does anyone know where I can find a wiring diagram for a 1984 Plymouth Voyager?

Problem is in the ignition system.

Starter works, starts engine when jumper is run from battery+ to starter
    solenoid.

Nothing at all when key is turned. (no clicks, etc)

    New starter relay

    Battery is fully charged.

    Any help is appreciated

Check to see if there is "juice" to the starter relay when the ignition switch is
turned to "crank".. The switch could be bad. Then there is the neutral safety
switch on the automatic tranny - if the '84 has one. The factory service manual sez
    to check these two items

If you need more help post me directly and I can take some digital pics from the
FSM regarding testing the starter relay, safety neutral switch and ignition switch.
All you will need is a jumper wire and a voltmeter.

  3. The factory service manual includes extensive electrical schematics.
That is likely your most reliable source of information.

11.4 volts at the relay with switch to "crank" (yellow wire) (12.4 V across
    the battery)
Neutral switch checks 0 Ohms with transmission in park.

That would be most helpful. I sent you a response by E-mail. My e-mail was
spam proofed in the last message, it works properly in the e-mail and this
    message.
    I appreciate your help.

Picture sent. Then perhaps if there is "juice" to the relay and the safety switch is
OK, the only thing left is the wire from the relay to the solenoid. Are you sure the
solenoid is OK? Have you tried putting a jumper across the terminals in the relay
"receptical"? That would tell if the wire to the solenoid is OK

Thank you very much. Yes, the solenoid is OK, it starts the engine with a
jumper from the battery + to the solenoid. I haven't checked that wire,
specifically yet. Some of the terminals in the starter relay socket were pretty
bad, cleaned them up, but still no-go. I may have gotten in over my head.

This is a charity repair job. Lady is on a fixed pension, etc. etc.
Wiring has had several...well, the choice for splices in the radio harness was
duct tape. I just hope that guy didn't touch any other wiring.

Thanks again, and any other thoughts and/or ideas are welcomed.
